Levin Bracken
Levin Bracken, a native of Memphis Tenn., has been a Destin/Santa Rosa Beach resident since 2006 and currently serves as an active member and President of the Okaloosa Bar Association. He is a cum laude graduate from the University of Memphis – Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Levin focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, business transactions and formation, and estate planning.
Prior to forming Bracken Law, P.A. in 2013, Levin worked as an litigation attorney at a Destin law firm for seven years and served as closing attorney for the firm’s affiliated title company. As part of Levin’s litigation practice he successfully represented an array of clients in state, federal, and appellate courts. Levin also gained valuable experience in the title industry by representing buyers, sellers, and financial institutions on both residential and commercial closings throughout the Emerald Coast.
Since forming Bracken Law, P.A., Levin has continued his real estate practice which includes residential and commercial closings, real estate litigation, foreclosures, and landlord/tenant disputes. He also continues to represent clients with respect to civil litigation, business transactions, contracts, corporate formation, and estate planning
Levin is admitted to practice in Florida and Tennessee.
